My Story
My journey of love begins with death.
The death of my father at age 15 set the course of my life.
Soon after he died, I entered into my first relationship with a beautiful girl.
I cherished her, as death taught me to how to love deeper, but my love was constrained by co-dependance + insecure attachment.
I struggled terribly with jealousy and fear of losing her to another man.
My fears eventually manifested, and when we broke up, I was destroyed.
Over the next few years, I was in a constant state of searching - looking to women to help me feel better about myself.
In many ways, I was still a boy, depending on the feminine to validate me and make me feel worthy.
I knew that I needed a big shift in my life, and so I set out on a journey to learn how to find fulfillment from within.
Years of travel, experiencing different cultures and living amongst various communities, taught me to feel content on my own.
I shared love with several women during that time, but I kept my distance, protecting my heart from becoming attached to a woman again.
But, as fate would have it, at age 25, I met her - the woman for whom I would say yes to commitment + partnership.
Far from being the end of the story, I found myself yet again confronted with
co-dependence, insecure attachment, jealousy, and fear.
Often times I would want to leave the relationship, thinking how life was so much easier when I was on my own.
But, the teachings of death stayed with me, and I knew that
the path to greater love would happen through my most intimate relationships.
The relationships that would bring my deepest insecurities to the surface would also be the ones to challenge me most -
to choose love over the urge to protect, close off, and pull away.
With this awareness, I devoted myself to seeing my shadows, tracing the roots of my thoughts, behaviors, and patterns, and expressing myself vulnerably + authentically.
I've immersed into a number of deeply powerful initiatory trainings - men’s groups, shamanic ceremonies, intimacy trainings, tantric temples, meditation retreats.
I've worked with high-caliber coaches who have brought me to my edges, and lovingly, expertly guided me to my next level.
My story of learning to make love with all of life is a story of discovering purpose.
I have chosen a life in devotion to cracking my heart open.
I have come to know freedom by dancing with fear.
I have come to know power by feeling pain.
I have come to know love by honoring death.
With practice, love grows.

Love & Purpose is a 3 month group coaching program designed to support heartfelt, devotional men in unwinding their insecurities and opening their hearts, so that they can live in alignment with their greatest purpose.
Weekly group calls (1.5 - 2 hours, 13 total)

Bring your questions, challenges, and celebrations.
We'll reflect on the weekly assignments and hold space for any man who feels called to share his heart and speak his truth.
Monthly 1-1 calls (60 minutes, 3 total)
This is your space to receive intimate, individualized support, tuned to your specific needs and questions.
Each month, as you move through this journey, these calls serve as your personal sanctuary - to be seen, held, and guided.
Weekly assignments + practices (1-2 hours per week)
Each week's theme corresponds with certain practices designed to more deeply anchor the lessons + teachings in your body, mind, heart, and soul.
As you develop consistent habits with these practices, you will begin to trust yourself more.
